I can't believe so many of you gave these tires 5 stars. The ride quality was so terrible I took it off and returned it for a refund. I tried to get used to them, but it didn't work out. I rode the scooter 24 miles and still couldn't handle these tires. For me it only took about 30 minutes to install using C-clamps and pry bar. I have a Hover-1 Journey electric scooter, a clone of the Xiaomi M365 scooter. After 2 seconds of driving I had the feeling that something was wrong. This is a problem because the tire tread has a flatter top. The center of the tire is harder than the outer edges. This makes the ride softer, but the steering is extremely unstable. I felt like I was constantly struggling with the tires to ride the scooter, the tires wanted to go straight and only straight. Every time I turned even a little, the scooter would slow down, the tires would make a sticky noise because the outer edges were soft and curved, and the scooter would slow and my handlebars would push against me. It used more battery, slowed down speed and made it harder to control. I almost had an accident due to bad steering when I had to make a quick turn, which is very easy and safe on my air tires. Because the tires are flat on top, the diameter is slightly smaller than regular air-filled tires, making the scooter run slower. Rubber isn't that great for shock absorption, so you're going to be a lot bumpier if you ride pavements like I did. You're fine with a bumpy ride for 10-15 minutes and then it gets really annoying, your eyes shake and the distance gets blurry. So it gets tiring quickly. I really wanted these tires to work, I was so happy when I got them and fitted them. So proud of me but wow the design is just awful.
