Over time, a lot of wind noise came from the leading edge of the Sky Slider on my 2012 Jeep Liberty when driving 60 mph or faster. I started looking for repair or replacement ideas and found that my situation is not uncommon among Liberty owners and since this model has been discontinued there are no parts available. One person went so far as to remove the top entirely and seal it by welding the top of a used Jeep! I didn't want to go that route. I bought these general purpose caulking strips and it took me a few tries and test drives to find the right area that would allow for a good seal without leaving gaps or water leaks. I found a sweet spot right on the edge where the top meets the roof when closed and the problem was solved.
