I've had good results printing TPU on my cheap Bowden tube printer. Luckily I saw a review on a listing that recommended typing about 10-15 degrees hotter than the average Pla setting and setting the retract to 1 or less. *And* Set all walls and infill to the same moderate speed. Too slow and you can have just as many problems as too fast. I usually run mine at 20 for the first layer and increase it to 40 on layer 3 or 4. A little extra compression seems to help the first layer and I expect just a bit of tension. This particular TPU prints like any other for me and the color is really nice which is why it gets 5 stars from me.
