Operation of the lifts are extremely inconsistent under compression the lifts have extremely tight spots. I’m hoping over time this will subside over time but right now I honestly could not recommend them. I’m using them to lift a rear window on my camper shell. I may need to replace them if I see that they are causing any damage to the brackets holding them to the shell.
