First of all I have to say that this thing WORKS with ATT and Puretalk. When it's running it gets pretty decent speeds (not LTE+), but still decent. However, the modem cuts out for a few minutes almost every day, mostly when I'm on a video call. It may be the carrier's fault. My main complaints: 1. WAN switching not working. I think it is only available for 2 SIM cards. I would like to use my DSL as a backup.2. I have quite a bit of networking experience, but I can't figure out how to assign a real IP address to my internal router. I set up DMZ and all, but the modem still wants to do NAT and not go over the real assigned IP.3. Customer service letters will be ignored.4. Even though I disabled WiFi in the settings, the WiFi light is still on. Faulty firmware.5. The instructions do not cover many customization options. As if they were written before version 5 and never updated.
