The blue plastic wrap is killing me.
This is normal. Some of mine were slightly warped so the two rings didn't match perfectly and the pair cracked a bit. However, my main question is: Why in God's name do they always put that blue foil around the metal parts of the tire? It NEVER comes off easily and I end up nibbling on it with tweezers for ten minutes and getting angrier and angrier. At least make it clear so it's not so obvious if you can't figure out every stain.
