The head of one of the eyebolts on my son's car broke off because it was too tight. I bought a different brand nut puller and snapped off the two ends of the 3/8 inch drive breaker bar. I figured I'd have to rebore and rethread it, which isn't ideal. I saw this product in an online video and gave it away. The oversized nut on the outside of the nut extractor allowed me to use a 22mm socket with a 1/2" drive instead of a 17mm extractor and then my 1/2" drive rod. Finally enough torque to break the bolt. is free! The nut extractor bit deeper and deeper into the bolt the more torque I applied. He never gave any hint of slippage. I was very happy with his work. The price I paid for this set is far less than the disappointment it could have caused. the cost of drilling and re-cutting.
