🔧 Amartisan Impact Bolt Extractor Socket Set - 13PC Bolt Nut Removal Tool Review

OMG! I watched a YouTube video that reviewed several extractors and this one came in 2nd place. It passed all tests the same as #1 but was 1/3 cheaper. Bought it, tried it, and it removed a VERY stuck bolt on my 1985 Ford water pump that was rounded. As I told a friend, this tool made the bolt give up quicker than the homecoming queen at prom. I highly recommend having this tool in your workshop.

This puller set has been recommended and well tested by the Project Farm YouTube channel. I was able to remove the heavily rusted and rounded 12 point hub bolts on my Jeep with relative ease. The extractor bits held up surprisingly well given the 10.9 grade material on these fasteners. This set of pullers turned what could have been a nightmare scenario of drilling those studs into a 15 minute job.

I used these to remove a rounded nut that was over tightened. I had to try a few different sizes to find the right one and it worked, but it worked in the end. I think the biggest problem for me was that the socket wasn't deep enough. They are not very deep, so I still give 4 stars. However, the product was of high quality and worked as advertised. As a side note, I unscrewed the 3/8 extension in the socket. But this outlet accepts 3/4 (I think) the outlet from the top, which saved my bacon!

This tool worked great I have a 2004 car in the midwest rust belt and needed to remove a bolt from the bottom of the car. I used a hex head to remove it but it's still rounded. Hit the extractor bushing and I had to use a large pry bar to break the bolt without torque, assuming over 100 pounds of torque. Works amazing. Some sockets in this bolt extractor set cannot be used with a ratchet even if they are square slotted into sockets which should be securely mated with the 3/8 inch ratchet. The opposite end of the ratchet. If you lift the ratchet many of the sockets in this set will just fall out. The degree to which the slots in some of them sockets are cut too short to securely fasten an inch ratchet is considerable, on the order of 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch. I found this product after looking at Project Farm's review and was amazed at the relatively low price. In New Zealand we have limited options for some things and bolt extractors seemed to be one of them. From the evaluation video it appeared that the "toothless" pullers didn't work very well and that was all that was available at our local auto shop. Luckily I wasn't disappointed. My 4Runner's skid plate had some stubborn rusty screw heads that wore out from the original 12mm head size. One of the 12mm drives in this set cuts nicely into the head of the bolt. Conveniently, another worn and rounded screw head called for an 11mm head. oil drain plug on a 1996 Acura RL that has been sitting for over two years. It looks like the lock washer wrapped around the connector (bolt) because it was too tight. We cut off a 17mm hex head while trying to remove it (jackhammer, impact tool, etc.). The head of one of the eyebolts on my son's car broke off because it was too tight. I bought a different brand nut puller and snapped off the two ends of the 3/8 inch drive breaker bar. I figured I'd have to rebore and rethread it, which isn't ideal. I saw this product in an online video and gave it away.
