oil drain plug on a 1996 Acura RL that has been sitting for over two years. It looks like the lock washer wrapped around the connector (bolt) because it was too tight. We cut off a 17mm hex head while trying to remove it (jackhammer, impact tool, etc.). We ended up using "Amartisan Impact Bolt Extractor, 13pcs Bolt Nut Extractor Tool Set". from Amazon] with a jacked up 18 inch impact rod (ratchet). The Amarisan extractor bit hard and wouldn't let go. Best of all, we didn't crack the oil pan! Puller and a nasty twisted washer, probably with an impact wrench.
