Great software that is easy & user friendly
The ease of use, all in one solution to my needs for college financial aid has been great! I have had no issues with this product so far but if you do run into any problems or questions they are quick at responding back quickly! If i am not mistaken their support staff gets together every month as well which makes it even better!! Highly recommend using them over other companies such as FastWeb etc..
Their customer service department handles everything from the technical side (which was very helpful) through application setup/financing options and student recruitment-to the day we graduate our students.
Pros
- Ease & convenience how streamlined process is when submitting applications online versus going paperless via scanning documents directly onto FAFSA form electronically saving time + money!!! We used eServe previously prior until switching last year because its much easier than manually keying information multiple times during submission..it's also fast
