Review on 3M Patch Primer Self Adhesive Sanding by Darius Newberry

I got my rental deposit back. I had installed a burglar alarm system and left a big hole. I used this product and it worked like a charm. The technician patched the hole as he removed the alarm panel, but without the mesh the patch was brittle. I used it with mesh and patched the hole properly. I would recommend getting your own sanding block as it is flimsy. If you want this product to work properly, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST. Some of the bad reviews are due to user error and not the product itself. I sanded the area and then sanded it down to make sure there was no debris on it. Before sticking the mesh on, make sure the area is clean and dry for it to stick. Press the edges of the grid firmly so that the glue adheres well to the wall. Give it some time before applying the product. Before applying, stir the product well until smooth.
