3M Patch Primer Self Adhesive Sanding Review

I got my rental deposit back. I had installed a burglar alarm system and left a big hole. I used this product and it worked like a charm. The technician patched the hole as he removed the alarm panel, but without the mesh the patch was brittle. I used it with mesh and patched the hole properly. I would recommend getting your own sanding block as it is flimsy. If you want this product to work properly, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST. I used this product to fill some small holes in my apartment when I moved out. I read the instructions and started filling the hole with a spatula. No strong odor, easy to apply, thick and easy to spread. I enjoyed it with a growing sense of accomplishment. This project has been on my to-do list for a long time. Seems to do the trick. The primer is not so easy to apply evenly. Doesn't dry out in 20-30 minutes. It is best to wait a few hours before you start painting. Please note that I tried this in summer (not too hot but not cold either). In the colder months of the year, it is best to leave it overnight before painting. Not very happy with the foundation as it tends to fall off if you don't apply it evenly and carefully put more effort into shaping it. The sanding pad may not solve all the problems…
