Great customer service they care about their customers

I'm re-writing my review of the 4 gauge SKYHIGH copper tips and heat shrink tubing I ordered from Low Herts Car Audio. I received the tips quickly, but there was no heat shrink. I heard about a low hertz a few days later. Not only did they send the 4 gauge SKYHIGH tubing I ordered, they also sent some swag and a 1/0 Low Herts tubing as icing on the cake. I'm literally in the process of rewiring all my DSPs, amps, fuse boxes, etc. I just received a major upgrade to my front stage and I can't wait. So thank you dear friends not only for fixing the problem,
