Makes programming bare esp8266 chips easier

Got it today and I must say it makes my life much easier when programming bare esp8266 chips. So far I've flashed the esp8266-12E that came in the box and a pair of 01s I had lying around. So nice I don't have to pull out my makeshift gadgets! You may need to install the cp2102 drivers, but that was easy enough.
