Worked on my BMW E70! Cleared codes, registered battery change. Must be!
it had to be "programmed"! I said no and bought it. The battery was $195 at NAPA and the new battery registered with no problems. Has paid for itself many times over. My wife has E70 X5 35d. He suffered from annoying check engine lights all his life. This thing read codes and erased them. This is a must if you are sadly stuck with BMWs and their constant errors/codes and trying to return the car to the dealership all the time.
