Although the product seemed fairly reliable for its price, I had to return it. I didn't really catch the audio so I don't know how long it would have taken. Setup was easy enough, although initially it took me a while to figure out the wording of the instructions. But it worked when I tried it. I had to return it because while it says you can set the device to multiple on and off voltages, that's not entirely true. There are certain setpoints, and if they don't fit your application, they're basically useless to you. The values set did not meet my usage requirements. If they could fix it I would buy the product again and try again. If you are happy with the default values, then this is probably a good buy for you.
