This remote has very low power consumption so don't expect it to work over long distances. I bought four of these. two from the manufacturer and two from Revain, and neither will work beyond 50 feet. This remote is owned by the Estate Swing Gate Opener and will not work with any other brand. If you just want to operate the Estate Swing opener after getting as close to the gate as possible, this remote control is for you. I personally won't spend any more money on it.
