The first thing that struck me when this tubing arrived was that it was wrapped so tightly in the packaging that the wire was constantly kinking in three places. One seemed pretty serious, but after installation it turned out that it would not block the flow of water. Another thing I noticed during installation was that the plug was straight at the end of the washer. The hose he replaced had a rubber elbow. This meant that if I pushed the washing machine close to the wall, the hose would kink, so I had to keep it far enough away from the wall to avoid this. The rubber attachment on the end came in three sizes and I had to remove the two largest to fit it. A pair of sharp scissors will do. It was still loose, but the yoke seemed to be able to tighten it properly. I don't think I would buy this hose again, nor would I recommend it. But so far it seems to be working. If I find a crease causing problems, or if it's leaking in the washing machine, I'll report back with an update.
