Review on 📃 Plustek PS30D Duplex Document Scanner: High-Speed ADF, Searchable PDF Function, Mac & PC Compatible by Aaron Gonzales

Ordered on 03/28/18. Since installation, we've had to call tech support at least once a week for technical issues. It keeps turning off or the settings keep changing. It hangs and stops working in the middle of a scan job. It is written that the document feeder for 50 sheets. We never post more than 5-8 pages at a time. There shouldn't be any reason why it doesn't work. After spending almost $300 on a scanner, we don't have to go through this every week! I don't know if they are all that bad or if we just got a lemon but I am very frustrated and frustrated by this.
