Ordered on 03/28/18. Since installation, we've had to call tech support at least once a week for technical issues. It keeps turning off or the settings keep changing. It hangs and stops working in the middle of a scan job. It is written that the document feeder for 50 sheets. We never post more than 5-8 pages at a time. The scanner kept feeding multiple pages and it was getting harder and harder to feed one page at a time. The scanner software is outdated. There is no Add Scans to Mobile feature for mobile professionals. The product is not intended for intensive use. Claimed 50-page capacity, but the product cannot support that capacity in the long run. Instead I used a Fujitsu ScanSnap and had no problems. Save money for a higher quality product to avoid wasting money on this cheap product.

Stay away from this scanner especially if you are using Windows 10. I bought it in 2017 and it was fine but the software sucked. I had to buy a new PC and upgrade to 10 and it just doesn't work. Thanks to tech support yesterday I got it working a bit but nothing now. I'm a CPA and my time (and I'm sure yours too) is too valuable to spend more hours trying to get this damn thing to work. . Save yourself the hassle and buy another scanner.
