Pricey, but highly functional
A little pricey, but all the functionality is worth it. We are slowly replacing all the switches in our house with these. The timer switch allows you to choose how long the fan will run so you know it will turn off on its own. The light switch allows you to turn the lights on to full brightness with 2 taps. You can set a special light level and that level will be used when you turn on the switch with 1 tap. Turn off immediately with 1 tap, or press and hold to set an amount of time the light will stay on and then gradually turn off. This is great for bathrooms if you get up in the middle of the night -- you can set it to turn off in 5 or 10 (or however many you wish) seconds so you can see your way back to bed and then it will turn itself off.
