Thinner and cheaper than a bin liner and they don't have any storage options. Just a big pile of plastic bags. The top handle is usually worn over the car seat, but the bottom handle doesn't fit in any of the cars I've tried. That means you have to hold it manually before sitting on it. Bad product if you are trying to protect your car seats from an incontinent mother.
