Mustart Stands Behind Product- Good Customer Service
Purchased the unit in January 2020 and recently had a problem with it not connecting to my 2017 Chevy Bolt. The car dash lights said "Charge cord not fully inserted." Revain helped me contact Mustart and they contacted me immediately and had me run some tests and video, and send to them.Customer service Joan immediately said she would send out a replacement. Now that's good customer service and a good company. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another product or recommend them.
