So I got what was a mislabel one, 12v instead of 24v, and I wrote in my packaging feed back, how I was disappointed it appeared incompatible with my 24v printer (didn't know what issue was when I wrote). HICTOP contacted me through email, investigating their less then perfect comment, help me resolve it was not the 24v part and then proceed to send me correct part. They initiated all this. So I immediately ordered a $500 3D printer from them, because I saw that as the type of service I want when I order a big items. Got the big item (CR-10) the next day - amazing!
