Review on 🐱 Poils bebe Cat Scratching Post and Tree: Carpeted Sisal Tower with Platform, Plush Ball, and More - Perfect for Kittens and Small Cats! by Tamanika Evans

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Chipboard with dust, loose threads, broken parts and wobbly. Small light colored cats may be ok.

I wasn't expecting TOO much for the price but I was expecting something better. Firstly, there was sooooo much fluff, wood dust and the like from the fabric material and chipboard. Lots of tight issues and the like. Made a mess taking things out of the box. The details of the stairs were broken. Basically torn in half under the fabric. Very very weak chipboard. It is very thin and not durable at all. My cats didn't even want to climb the second level from the top, let alone the very top. And my cat is SMALL. She is such a small and light cat that people still think she is only a month or two old. The whole tower is shaking. I'm a pretty easygoing person and I could make it more robust? Yes, perhaps. But it's still annoying that he's skinny. The hammock is very small even for my cat. Particle board leaves sawdust almost everywhere. My other cat doesn't like it at all. She is a normal adult sized cat and loves to climb on closets and anything big. Not this thing. Too weak for her. If you have a normal sized cat, spend your money elsewhere. Even my tiny, ultra-lightweight cat makes the thing wobble. What do both cats like? lower claw. Now you can collect stuff and be creative in different ways, but for me personally it wasn't worth it. The damaged product and all the cheap materials just doesn't make it worth the money. Cats will scratch all of this, so yes, we anticipate potential damage. But with so many dangling threads and such, it means it wears out MUCH faster than normal.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Ok overall but...
