Follow the directions and the dimmers work well. Since the primary dimmer design is used on the weak side of the circuit and my install location was on the high power side of the LED, there seemed to be a limit to the lowest dimming level achieved. Also, I don't think it will reach the max brightness that will dim the lights before the dimmer is installed since the dimmer module ground wire is not directly connected to ground on the high side of the circuitry. It would be nice if the manufacturer offered another version specifically for the high-side circuit. The long shaft allowed a perfect attachment to the plate. Despite the limitations of top-of-circuit mounting, the dimming range is satisfactory and a marked improvement over standard lamps at full glare or completely off.
