This is the exact same filter that replaced the obsolete Mercedes Mann branded filter. Installation issues mentioned in other reviews are likely due to the filter not being fully installed. You need to push the first part of the filter pad down into the airbox, creating an airtight seal, and then you can easily reattach the airbox cover. Installed on a 2010 Freightliner Sprinter 3500.
