Online Sgile Store Doesn't Live Up to Expectations

I frequently buy at Sgile's online store for remote- and app-controlled cars, parts, and robots, but I recently had a bad experience. My experience with Sgile fell short of my expectations despite the wide variety of products they offer. First of all, their website lacks crucial information and is challenging to browse. The search feature is unstable and frequently returns useless results. Additionally, there aren't many product descriptions, which leaves me with more questions than solutions. Second, they don't provide good customer support. I tried to contact Sgile's customer service department several times because I was having some problems with my order but got no response. Even their social media pages were silent when I attempted to contact them. Finally, the quality of the goods is poor. After only a few uses, a remote-controlled car I bought ceased working. I attempted to return the flawed item, but I ran into resistance from the Sgile customer support staff, and I was ultimately refused a refund. Overall, I had a bad encounter with Sgile, and I wouldn't tell anyone else to shop there. Despite having a large selection of goods, their website, customer service, and product quality are all subpar. For those seeking high-quality toys and games, the market offers superior alternatives.
