Ideal for repairing engineered floors. The picture does not show the factory collar that runs along the bottom edge. The collar allows the drill bit to cut the groove to the correct depth for the tongue and groove of the factory floor. The bit was too big for the hole in the base of my router. No problem, removed the base and then adjusted the height. This accelerated the work when cutting grooves in parquet floors. Note that the base of the cutter will determine how close the groove can be cut to the side of the wall.
