I purchased this compressor in September 2018 and have used it occasionally/reliably on my truck tires (mostly during the winter months when tire pressures drop). It's an awkward, tight stem attachment, even with smaller women's hands, and you'll lose some air when you take it off. In terms of accuracy, it's nice to have an auto-stop function for inflating a tire. but it's always different from the number on my car's dashboard and on the handheld meter I keep in the glove box (the local auto parts store told me to only average 3 readings). Among the three dimensions, it can vary by as much as 1.5 psi. Last week I tried to refill the tires but couldn't set the JACO to a higher pressure. "+/-" keys did not respond. I figured I'd turn it on and see if I could hand inflate the tire. This starts after pressing the power button and then stops at 33psi. I called JACO Support: (303-386-4364) and Rep. Steven kindly reminded me to keep my finger on the "+" button until it blinks. and then try to reset to my desired psi. Though I thought I had a device that had exceeded its useful life, I tried this suggestion. I found that the device still works! I just had to hold "+" a little longer than before for the settings to activate. He also recommended retrofitting the JACO air clamp if the screw connection becomes too cumbersome. This device has worked well for 2 years. Attaching to the tire is a bit awkward and noisy. It can also be a bit tricky for me to put the power cord back in the storage compartment (very long cord with a cigarette lighter plug on the end). But the customer support is surprisingly good. I was amazed that they still support their product after such a long time. I am very glad that I bought this brand from many offers.
