Review on Sphinx by Chase Dunn

I like that it has many different ways to search, such as text or images (including voice). The interface is fairly easy for people without programming knowledge but also gives you options if needed by adding more plugins/widgets at your own risk of breaking things! It's not free so make sure there are no other alternatives before going this route otherwise its probably just easier with another tool in mind - even something open source would do fine here since they have documentation available online which makes learning how everything works very simple after getting familiarized using their demo mode first. We use sphinx mostly internally when searching through our product catalogs & databases etc., we can find anything within seconds instead having us go back-and forth between multiple tools trying to look up what exactly was searched about.
