Review on 🍞 Oster Expressbake 2-lb. Breadmaker, White/Ivory - Enhanced Capacity, Increased Versatility by Joe Fulce

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I spent almost $250 on one BUT.

This is an insanely good car! My first roll turned out great! I baked a 1 pound loaf on the fast setting. I thought this thing couldn't bake bread in under an hour! I was wrong. I didn't follow any of the instructions in the manual. I'm not a professional bread maker, but I used to make all kinds by hand, it's not difficult. I added the bases in the website recommended proportions, I didn't use bread flour, I used regular white flour mixed 50/50 with whole wheat flour. Installed the car and stood there looking at it while looking out the window the whole time LOL! Like a small child in amazement :-) The machine gently stirred, turned, risen, then baked, and this perfect bread popped out! The car didn't leave the counter as per other reviews. When kneading I had to add some flour because the dough was too wet, nothing special. Even thinking about spending almost $250 on a bread maker makes me nauseous afterwards! There's a reason it's a top seller on Revain and has such a high rating. for $59.00 I feel like I ripped them off! Buy, you will like it! It does everything that $250 cars do. I particularly liked the fact that you could still touch the machine during the baking process and not burn yourself. Parts of it were hot, but if I had to move it I could, and the bottom part where the handles are stays perfectly cool. I would buy one again in a heartbeat, I'd love to! This would make a great gift for someone in this price range! The toast is amazing! Oh what crispy edges. Luckily I never have to buy store-bought bread again! The toast is served with grape jelly and a cup of hot Earl Gray tea, heavenly. I am impressed! Thank you Auster and Revane!
