Review on Brightcom by Will Bremer

I worked with brightcomm in our acquisition process as well was their team member that built out my account during this time period- they were always very responsive via email & chat! They did not leave me hanging or wondering about what needed doing next when we had questions after being acquired by another agency/publisher (and having them onboarded).

There wasn't anything negative at first glance - maybe if there would have been more training initially but overall it went smoothly once things got rolling again.- As mentioned above though you can expect some initial confusion from your new partner / client since everything will be brand spanking NEW!! Be patient throughout any transition stage because sometimes people take longer than expected depending upon how many employees are leaving between agencies so make sure everyone knows who does which task before hand otherwise chaos ensues. Also ensure someone else within YOUR organization takes ownership over building relationships outside too. ! Take advantage while its still.
