Great for communicating between staff members

I like the ability to be able to communicate with patients via our online portal. The dashboard is easy to navigate and allows me to view patient information in real time. I dislike that you cannot have a one-on-one conversation with the patient through the portal. This feature would help improve patient care as it would allow us to discuss their current health status more effectively and efficiently.
It has been very helpful in allowing us to continue to give quality patient care while also improving efficiencies.

Easy access for both physicians, nurses & staff.
Realtime communication between providers/staff members within facility; eases collaboration among team member's schedules,
Patient Portal provides quick response times when needed (i'm working from home)
Accessibility across all platforms:
Apps available at no cost! And free support by knowledgeable personnel if ever necessary : )
