It's amazing. Hardy carrots, radishes, cucumber pulp, etc. can easily be processed into noodles. They're fun to eat as a side dish or in salads. Easy on the jaw and teeth, I'm in my early 50s. Easy to take out, use. You'll end up having to pull the last few strands out a bit to clean, but that's not a big problem. You will get used to it. Cleaning is easy. I have v Slicer etc. But I seem to use it more often and enjoy it. Just use firm vegetables for good results. Cut the carrots to the desired length to control the length of the sticks. You can even use it to make zucchini and squash noodles, which was my goal, so I don't miss the spiralizer. Highly recommended.
