I like that it allows me to get an idea of what my employees are doing if I am not there myself to see them. The interface can be a little confusing at first. I also dislike that it only takes in one email address per user. It would be nice to allow multiple addresses to send emails to. That way I could have a different email for each employee. For our organization, we were able to track all orders coming into our store, and when they were scheduled to be completed by, and who was working on them. This allowed us to keep on top of any work being done and how long it should take. We were also able to see who was checking in with customers while they were in our store, which helped to train our employees to answer questions.
