Re:Desk - Great tool allowing easy tracking

I like that it allows me to get an idea of what my employees are doing if I am not there myself to see them. The interface can be a little confusing at first. I also dislike that it only takes in one email address per user. It would be nice to allow multiple addresses to send emails to. That way I could have a different email for each employee. For our organization, we were able to track all orders coming into our store, and when they were scheduled to be completed by, and who was working on…

Slack is a great tool for remote teams to communicate and collaborate

I like that it can be used with multiple devices at once (mobile & desktop). The ability to use different applications simultaneously within one workspace can help you manage your time efficiently. For example, if I am doing research in Google Docs then this allows me to continue my work while waiting for an email response or phone call without having to switch between apps. Also, being able to have all of our emails sent directly into Slack makes everything easier to track as well! There are…
