I like that it can be used with multiple devices at once (mobile & desktop). The ability to use different applications simultaneously within one workspace can help you manage your time efficiently. For example, if I am doing research in Google Docs then this allows me to continue my work while waiting for an email response or phone call without having to switch between apps. Also, being able to have all of our emails sent directly into Slack makes everything easier to track as well! There are some quirks here and there but nothing major. We've been using it since we started working remotely so haven't found any issues yet. Since we're remote workers, not everyone has access to every application or tool available. This program gives us some flexibility by allowing us to share files across platforms and create tasks/to-do lists which others can see. We also keep up with each.
