- Best thing so far was email scheduling/optimization tool because it allowed quick creation as well sending mass amounts at once (for group mailing purposes)! And ability for tracking open rates from our different mailings which give us insight regarding what works best! Also ease with using software itself doesn’t need hours or days worth learning before beginning implementation; everything seems user friendly enough even if not having done much marketing automation work
