I buy it every year for my grandchildren, nieces and nephews and for the outdoor kindergarten. Out of the 5 I received this year I had a small problem and the company took care of me quickly. They are amazing. And this product is great. Every year their kits have been perfect. The children look forward to that. I tried an alternative once to save some money, but their tracks were different sizes and ages, so everything was out of sync. Wasn't a very good experience. So I returned to knowledge about insects, and I'm very glad I did. It's a riot when they call "their" butterflies. (As if they could tell them apart, hehe). And it's so sweet when they finally let her go. One of the children carefully slipped a finger under Butterfly's chest and she climbed on board. Then they slowly pulled her out of the cage and paused for a moment before flying away on their own. So they got up and walked over to him and watched him fly away, waving and saying "Goodbye Daisy, goodbye!". There was so much in that soft, calm voice. I heard they are proud they picked him up, happy he was able to go on his own but still sad to see him go. Until next year.
