My 2007 Trailblazer showed DTC PO449. Bought this part, installed it, cleaned the code and it hasn't come back for two weeks, overall pretty easy install. I had to lift the back of the truck up a bit. But if you're skinny, you could probably get through without lifting the truck. Be warned, there is a clip that must be removed in order to remove the hose attached to this unit. You will most likely break the clip. From what I've read, most people do. The clamp broke in half but I just slid both sides back in from top to bottom and so far they have stayed where they should be to hold the hose. You can buy replacement plastic clips from Revain here, but they cost $6.94 for a lousy little plastic clip. If you want one for the 2007 Trailblazer (it will probably fit other years as well) you can find the clip here on Revain under "Dorman 800-041 Global Fuel Retainer”.
