Review on 🐶 Petmate RUFF MAXX KENNEL 24-Inch for 10-20 Pound Dogs, Multi by Melissa Tucker

So I bought this to transport my hefty 20 lb senior cat to and from the vet. We have a smaller stretcher but now that my boy has arthritis I need a stretcher that will make it easier for him to move around. This is a very large and very spacious carrier so I like it. However, after assembling the holder, I noticed how flimsy the plastic is for the clips that hold it together. If you don't make sure they're really tight, the media will come loose. It happened when my husband was about to carry our boy down the stairs and I noticed the bottom was separating from the top. Luckily we caught him early. I was expecting it to be a little more durable so be aware. I don't think this item would be suitable for long trips or long trips through the airport etc. It's good for transport to and from the vet, but it definitely feels like it's going to fall apart with frequent use.
