Does what I need! It streams 4K video from my 2018 Macbook Pro to my USB-C enabled LG Ultrawide monitor. However, I was unable to properly distribute power to the Macbook as it was drawing more power than it was receiving. While the laptop was showing the loading icon, it kept draining until it reached 0%. The length is just right too. If it were a little longer, there would be too much leeway to roll it up and hide it somewhere on your desk. This type of cable is most likely purchased to support 4K video so it will be clearly visible on your desktop laptop. This means it's not far from your monitor and doesn't require a lot of gaming.
