The normal fan speed was reduced to a whisper-quiet two. One on the outside of the case to vent the radiator, and another on the inside to vent the hood. The 3930 is a 6-core CPU that runs at 35-40 degrees (simple) and 55-65 degrees (continuous load) and is rather quiet. The pluses: Cold. Copper underpinnings. 2.5 years of cooling that can be used. Having a little footprint. Possessed of drawbacks: Disturbingly loud factory fan. Compactness and a limited surface area characterize this radiator.
