Versatile, Cheap, and works

Used these to get the snap ring on and off of my cv axle during repair. They did the job. The studs on the ends of the pliers are very small so it was a little difficult to keep the snap ring open, but I got it with a little patience. If I had to do this everyday I would buy a set with wider tips. Neat modular design that lets you use multiple different sets of plier tips, just by unscrewing a small bolt. You can also switch the pliers from normally open to normally closed and back, with all of the included plier tips.

Pros

Easy to switch tips and easy to use can’t beat it for convenience and money off amazon

Cons

The pliers are not very intuitive to use for those who may not be familiar with snap ring pliers
