First, the tool head is too thick to fit between the chassis and the serpentine belt tensioner. It's not something a little sanding can't fix. However, after trying to re-belt all the pulleys for some time, I decided to compare this tool to an original Mercedes-Benz tool. See photo. This tool is on the left, the OEM tool is on the right. The bit is misaligned. Since the space to move the wrench is limited, this effectively reduces the distance the tensioner can be moved to loosen the belt. The OEM tool got the job done quickly. I do not recommend this key.
