If you access the passenger side tensioner by removing the tire and covering it with an aluminum bar, this tool works perfectly. Yes the head could have been 1/16 shorter but it still works without any modifications.

First, the tool head is too thick to fit between the chassis and the serpentine belt tensioner. It's not something a little sanding can't fix. For starters, I'll just blame the crappy tensioner design, not the tooling. The tool is a good base. I had to shave the hair off the torx head to squeeze it between the frame and tensioner. The length of the handle was too long for the spanner to fully rotate for reinstallation (due to the torx head/spanner orientation). I don't think this tool was ever tested on the CLA 250 because if it was they would have modified it. You need to modify this tool to make it work. The angle of the nozzle is wrong and therefore the handle needs to be shortened by 4.5 to 5 inches. enough movement to release the tension. However, it is easy to cut the handle with a hacksaw and push the socket back. After that the tool is perfect. And you're ready to go. If this tool was 5 cm shorter I would give it 5 stars.
