I like that you can track the success rate (or not) at each stage within our Sales Funnel from lead through close; also very easy integrations into other tools such as Hubspot/Salesforce makes tracking funnels super-easy! Not much - but would love if they could add more tags so we had more options when describing leads. Some people may feel overwhelmed by all these different fields available while creating new templates though there's nothing wrong per se here. We use them mainly because their intuitive interface allows us to create beautiful customised reports easily without having any coding knowledge needed.
