Fragile Blades for Milling Machine Parts and Accessories
It's not even a day old and I need a new blade with a 60 degree sharpening angle. The feedrate was calculated correctly, I triple checked before proceeding to cut the letters to the maximum depth of .125" in white pine and the tip of the blade broke off.
