This item looked great on paper and initially worked as intended. However, after a few applications in one night, the drug was discontinued. It blocked and refused to turn. Gave it back the next day. Note: This did nothing for my constipation. Eventually I needed more professional help. But this snake is too small for any meaningful use. Think about it, this tool offers 1/4 inch pipe while most indoor drains are at least 1-1/2 inch. You might get lucky if you use it. But really, it's like waving a ruler in front of a piñata. Impractical and a waste of money.
